About Olive Tree Transfers
After a season of stepping away, I’m beyond excited to announce that we will be reopening our doors! All thanks to the encouragement of my amazing husband who has always believed in me and my passion, and most importantly, by the grace of God. His timing is always perfect, and I’m so thankful for the chance to start again. Thank you, in advance, for your continued support. Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a screen print transfer vs. a sublimation transfer?
Screen print transfers are made with plastisol ink giving a bold, vibrant finish that works on most garment colors and fabrics — including cotton and blends.
Sublimation transfers, on the other hand, use special dye that bonds with polyester fibers, meaning they only work on light-colored, high-polyester fabrics. The design becomes part of the fabric itself for a smooth, lightweight feel.
In short: screen print transfers offer versatility when it comes to material, while sublimation transfers are best for polyester garments with a soft, “no feel” finish.
Can I use a household iron?
No, a household iron will not work. Our screen print transfers require HEAVY, even pressure that only a commercial heat press can provide. Using a heat press ensures proper adhesion and the best possible results.
Can I use your mock-ups?
Yes, you can! The mockup images shown on my website include my watermark for display purposes. However, watermark-free versions are available exclusively in my VIP group on Facebook. Once you join, you’ll have access to those clean mockup files — just be sure to add your own logo or watermark before sharing them publicly.
When can I expect my order?
We ship ALL ready-to-ship orders within 1-2 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way to the email you used at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 72 hours if any items are defective, damaged, missing or incorrect. A store credit will be issued via email once we’ve reviewed and validated your claim.
